IntelyCare is a billion dollar nursing talent platform that caters to a pool of over 30,000 nursing professionals and partnering facilities. IntelyCare wanted to differentiate themselves from competitors with a complete rebrand. We conducted in-depth market research and studied trends to inform creative solutions. I art directed the iconography, photography, social posts, print materials, and several video assets for the rebrand.
Nursing Photography
We took a fly on the wall approach to photography. It was important to showcase nurses in action shots with patients and medical equipment. Medical photography can often feel very sterile and cold, so we chose to edit photos to have warm and welcoming tones.
Corporate Photography
We photographed employees in the corporate headquarters location in Quincy, MA to support materials that included information about the corporate teams.
Onboarding Video
Following the rebrand, an existing onboarding video had to be reworked. We replaced many sections of footage to better tell our brand story, and updated the supers to reflect the new logo and typography treatments.
Social Promotions
We announced the launch of the rebrand on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using engaging animated videos. These posts had top engagement rates for the brand.

Iconography
We chose to play off of the logo’s overlapping elements and used the two main brand colors for the iconography.
